4. Get sale-ready
Whether you book Urban Eden for the work or take the report and run with it yourself, you will have everything you need to make smart decisions before you list.
Is this a sales pitched disguised as an assessment?
No. You receive a full written report regardless of whether you use Urban Eden for any of the follow-on work. The $199 covers our time, expertise, and the written report. We will naturally make recommendations but there is no pressure and no obligation.
I'm not listing for another 6 months. Is it worth doing now?
Often yes, and sometimes earlier is actually better. Certain garden improvements need time to establish and look their best. The earlier you have a clear plan, the more options you have for timing the work properly before the photographer arrives.
My garden is already fairly tidy. Do I still need this?
